I had a lovely stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar, enjoying the fantastic views from my corner room and the attentive service from the staff. While the location was perfect for exploration, I did face a couple of hiccups during my stay, including some underwhelming room service experiences. Overall, it was a comfortable and stylish stay, but there were areas that could use improvement. 🌇✨

The room was very nice, especially with amazing views and cozy decor. The plush bathrobe was a nice touch, but a couple of amenities could have been better organized, as the setup was a bit odd.

I had a great stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar in Philadelphia. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and my room was modern and spacious, though I did have a slight issue with the elevators being slow. The location was ideal for exploring nearby attractions, but I was bummed that there wasn't a microwave available in the lobby. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its cozy atmosphere and excellent service.

I enjoyed the complimentary happy hour offerings and wine available in the lobby. The food I had in the restaurant was pretty good too, with excellent brunch options. I just wish breakfast didn’t start so late at 7 am.

While the hotel offered several great amenities, it was a hassle that there was no microwave available for guest use in the lobby. I also noticed that only two of the four elevators were functioning, which caused quite a bit of wait time.

The attentive housekeeping team kept things spotless, and I appreciated thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes. However, some staffing issues during busy hours detracted from the experience. Overall, it's a solid choice, but there's room for improvement in service consistency. 😊
